These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products concluded by DYNOVA SARL, registered with the Marseille RCS under number 948 676 002, with its registered office at 154 Rue de Rome, 13006 MARSEILLE, France, to consumers and professionals within the meaning of the preliminary article of the Consumer Code on its website. www.jolly-mino.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on logistical constraints and the availability of the products. In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform the customer by email. In the event of non-receipt of the order, the customer has 30 days from the date of the order to notify our customer service. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are indicated before the order is validated.<\/p>\n

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen by the customer. The indicative delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for mainland France and 3 to 7 working days for countries within the European Union.<\/p>\n

After the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number for the package. The customer can track the delivery status on the carrier\u2019s website using this number.<\/p>\n

The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. In the event of missing or damaged products, the customer must inform the carrier and DYNOVA SARL as soon as possible and may refuse delivery. In the event of non-receipt of the order, the customer has 30 days from the date of the order to notify our customer service.<\/p>\n

Article 8: Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or our error. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.<\/p>\n
