Refunds and Guarantees

At Jolly Mino, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to offering you quality products and impeccable customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in accordance with our return and refund policy. We also offer legal guarantees to ensure the quality of our products.

Return conditions

1. Withdrawal period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

1. Status of Products: The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories, manuals and documentation.

1. Non-returnable products: Some products cannot be returned, such as personalized items, sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that were opened after delivery, or products that have been used or damaged.

2. You can use the withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not mandatory.

1. Preparing the Package: Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation. Attach a copy of the invoice and, if possible, the completed withdrawal form.

2. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

1. Refund Period: We will process the refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products.

1. Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the initial order, unless you agree otherwise. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the card used for the payment. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account.

1. Amount of the Refund: The refund will include the price of the returned product or products as well as the initial shipping costs. The return costs remain your responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

Exchange of Products

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the replacement product on our website.

Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

1. Legal guarantee of conformity: In accordance with Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code, the seller is obliged to deliver a product that complies with the contract and is liable for any defects that may exist at the time of delivery. The customer has a two-year period from the delivery of the product to exercise their legal right of warranty for conformity. They may choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L217-9 of the Consumer Code.

1. Guarantee against hidden vices: In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the seller is liable for the guarantee for hidden defects in the sold item that render it unfit for the intended use, or that diminish that use so much that the customer would not have purchased it, or would have paid only a lesser price for it, had they been aware of them. The customer has a two-year period from the discovery of the defect to file a warranty claim for hidden defects.
